Some Fun Facts about me: 

If I'm not skiing or playing tennis, I might be jamming on my guitar or wine tasting.

I'm a multicultural person of American, Asian, and Latino roots. I was born in the Philippines and grew up going to American and British schools. My life was heavily influenced first by the Asian norms and later on by the European and American norms. I started working at 18 years old in the retail business while going to school in London. With this job, I was able to pay for my school expenses and to travel around Europe as a student. In the retail business, I had the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world.

I was always interested in business, therefore my degree was in business, economics, and marketing plus courses in Spanish, French, and German. After that, I moved to the USA to complete my B.Sc. degree at the University of San Francisco and then my MBA degree at Golden Gate University. While working as a national sales and marketing manager for a manufacturing company, which was owned by two French brothers, I learned how to work with clients ranging from Disney to Lennox, to architectural & design firms. Having worked in sales and marketing all my career, I started as an Individual Contributor then became a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, and National Sales & Marketing Manager, training & coaching people while motivating them to reach objectives. I moved into Sales Enablement, Training & Performance Coaching in 2012, training, certifying, and coaching salespeople on their sales skills, presentations & messaging. 

In my 30 years of experience, I had the opportunity to encounter challenging people and situations during various stages of the sales cycle and buying process. I've also worked with people in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the USA, so I understand the perspectives and mindset needed to engage with folks effectively.

I have always had a creative and entrepreneurial mindset. I have always believed that there is more than one way to solve a problem or generate more sustainable results for business.

I started my career working for merchant banks over 17 years ago. After taking time to travel and see the world, I joined my family’s business, as Financial Director of Learning Performance. We sold ‘study skills’ training workshops to students throughout the UK and Europe. I left to pursue my own business ambitions 3 years later. 

My first business was a franchise, Business for Breakfast, a Business networking club, generating new referrals for its members. This gave me lots of exposure to many different businesses and sectors. Some good, some bad ideas. From that point I became fascinated with business referrals, different methods of marketing and their results.

I have also spent many years freelancing for a variety of different business sectors, including finance, training, insolvency, accountancy and education. I quickly realized that there was a process to marketing and selling, which appealed to my process driven banking head.

Cesar and I have been sharing ideas for a couple of years now. He shared with me his ‘Accelerate Sales Program’ and the processes behind its success. I immediately recognized the opportunity to offer the services to businesses within the EMEA region. I now serve as the Head of Sales and Co-founder for the EMEA region

And so, the rest is history….

Traveling is one of my biggest passions. I even almost ended up permanently moving to the beautiful Sydney, Australia at one point, but ultimately decided to continue exploring the world.
